Re: Phyllis Dawkins performance as an account manager for our Physical Therapy Practice.

I had the opportunity to work with Ms. Dawkins from February through October of 2022. Ms. Dawkins
was our account manager for the medical billing service we were using. During this time I was able to
work closely with Ms. Dawkins during the transition to that billing service and then to work daily with
her on coding, billing and collections.
Ms. Dawkins, through her knowledge and experience, was able to make the transition to the billing
service much less stressful. This type of transition is complicated and time consuming with numerous
pitfalls. Ms. Dawkins was able to assist us with avoiding many pitfalls and the assisting us through the
inevitable problems that arise.
After the transition was complete Ms. Dawkins was very efficient with her billing and collection work.
When an issue would arise, Ms. Dawkins was easily accessible. She was able to quickly assess problems
and correct them before a major delay was caused.
I was sad to hear when Ms. Dawkins was leaving the service we were using as good billers (and good
people) are hard to find in this industry. Ms. Dawkins ran our billing like it was her own. I am sure Ms.
Dawkins will be successful in her future endeavors.
